  • What occupancy do you aim for?

    We strive for at least a 70% occupancy rate across our managed properties.

  • What are the benefits of short-term rentals?

    Short-term rentals offer increased income potential, consistent cleaning schedules, and flexibility, avoiding issues that may arise with long-term tenants.

  • Can property owners use the property themselves?

    Absolutely. Owners can use the property, provided sufficient notice is given and the property isn't already booked.

  • Does Insurance cover short term rental?

    Platforms like Airbnb provide some insurance coverage, but property owners need to ensure their insurance covers short-term rentals and includes adequate contents insurance.

  • How is your management fee structured?

    Our management fee is 20% of the revenue net of booking costs, plus the cleaning fee, which covers cleaning and laundry. Guests pay the cleaning fee.

  • What about property related expenses?

    Property owners will need to provide an internet connection and cover costs such as electricity, rates, and insurance. Additionally, if the property is subject to a body corporate, owners should confirm that the body corporate rules allow it to be used as a short-term rental.
